Each autumn, as white truffle season begins, we return to the woods surrounding Piedmont in search of Tuber Magnatum Pico — the prized white truffle known for its unmistakable aroma and extraordinary rarity.

The experience unfolds at nature’s pace.

Walking through the forest alongside an experienced truffle hunter and his dog, guests are invited into a world that few visitors have the opportunity to truly experience. Every hunt is different. Some days the woods remain silent for longer; on others, a single moment changes everything.
